Social Responsibility

We have been fortunate enough to give back to the society from where we have earned our best. We value our artisans and provide them with a work environment that is safe, hygienic and friendly. We work at rates that are profiting everyone, and we make sure in no way our craftsmen are underpaid. We do not promote any kind of discrimination in our organisation, we make sure everyone is treated equally and fairly. Child labour is a big no-no for us, and it is also checked that all our vendor partners adhere to this non-negotiable principle of work
We are dedicated to our employees and provide them with interest-free loans for their child’s education, medical treatments, or any kind of viable reason. Keeping in mind our work structure, we believe that we will be able to reassure our buyers by getting our company approved for BSCI (social compliance).
Jaitam Jewels credits the nation and society at large for its success and all efforts are made to share the rewards as a token of our gratitude. The ten per cent profit of Jaitam Jewels goes to
