CAD
Using CAD technology, we create a 2D and 3D model of your design which helps you to understand the final look of your product. The digital layout of your design can save a lot of hassle of designing and redesigning in real form.
3D Printing
After the CAD model is approved, the design is 3D printed to observe and understand the nitty-gritty of it. The detailed checking before the production is important as it can save a lot of time and effort
Moulding
The 3D model is taken to make the mould by using silicone. A mould is a hollow structure thing of your jewellery design that helps in producing the jewellery at a faster pace. The mould is well taken care of in case the client asks for the same design in near future.
Casting
The liquid metal is poured into the mould to replicate the design. It is left to cool off and then the cast is taken out. Casting can be a complicated procedure, the speed of the flow of metal into the mould can be a deciding factor in the quality of design. By controlling it we can obtain high-quality design.
Stone Setting
As the name suggests, after the final product is ready from casting, the stones are set in it. Diamonds, Gems, Kundan, Meenakari or anything that is in the design.
Finishing
After the stones are set, the product is cleaned using high-quality equipment and tools to remove the excess metal from the casting.
Plating
This is the second part of finishing where any kind of soil, oil, rust, or other buildup is removed and put into a bathing plate. It is extensive cleaning of the product.
Engraving
The last step involves the carving of your brand name on the product.
